We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your sunglasses, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • The product must be free from scratches, damage, signs of wear, or any alterations.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and any included items must be returned with the product

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or bank transfer, according to the customer's preferred payment method and request.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product:
  • Is returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Shows signs of use, damage, scratches, or misuse.
  • Is missing original packaging, accessories, or included items.
